RULES OF OPERATION

The Shop's range includes original food for pets and accessories of its own production as well as from recognised, reputable manufacturers. The Shop reserves the right to withdraw some products from sale. This does not affect the acquired rights of Customers who have already placed an order in the Shop.

The Shop makes every effort to ensure that the service can be used by internet users with all popular web browsers, operating systems, types of device and types of internet connection. The minimum technical requirements for using the Shop's website are a web browser version of at least Explorer 8, Chrome 16, Firefox 10, Opera 11 or Safari 5 or later, with JavaScript enabled, accepting cookies, and an internet connection with a bandwidth of at least 256 kbit/s. The website is optimised for a minimum screen resolution of 1024×768 pixels.

It is prohibited for Customers to supply unlawful content, and for a Customer to use the Shop, the website or the services provided free of charge by the Shop in a manner contrary to applicable law or good practice, infringing the personal rights of third parties or the legitimate interests of the Shop.

Due to the public nature of the internet and the use of services provided by electronic means.

The Shop draws attention to the risks of unauthorised persons obtaining and modifying Customers' data, and Customers should therefore use appropriate technical measures that minimise those risks. In particular, they should use antivirus software and software that protects the identity of internet users.

Orders

The Shop trades throughout the territory of Poland.

Orders are accepted online according to the following procedure:

3.1 The Customer registers in the Shop by entering the necessary data in the form on the Shop's website.

3.2 The Customer places an order by submitting the order form on the Shop's website

3.3 The Shop's IT system automatically generates a confirmation that the order has been placed.

3.4 The Shop sends the Customer an email confirming the terms of fulfilment of the order. This message constitutes an Offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code.

3.5 The terms sent by email must be checked, and the order confirmed by clicking the relevant link in the email referred to in point 3.4. At the moment the order is confirmed, a Sales Agreement is concluded between the Customer and the Shop.

3.6 The Customer's order is passed to the Shop's staff for fulfilment.

3.7 If some of the ordered goods are unavailable, the Customer is informed of the status of the order and decides how it is to be fulfilled (partial fulfilment, longer waiting time, cancellation of the whole order).

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Prices shown on the Shop's website include VAT and are given in Polish zloty.

The binding price is the price given in the Offer, within the meaning of point II 3.4

The cost of delivery will be added to the value of the ordered goods. The final cost of the order therefore consists of the total value of the ordered goods and the cost of their delivery.

The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of products shown on the website, to publish information about new products in the Shop, to run and cancel promotions and sales, or to change them. The Seller's right referred to above does not affect an order placed before the date on which the change of price, or of the terms of a promotion or sale, takes effect. Promotions cannot be combined unless the terms and conditions state otherwise.

Forms of payment and delivery available in the Shop:

4.1 payment on delivery: the amount due is collected by the person delivering the parcel with the order,

4.2 payment by payment card,

4.3 payment by bank transfer to the following Shop account:

BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER

63 1240 4533 1111 0000 5432 8419 PEKAO S.A

The start of order fulfilment depends on the chosen form of payment:

4.4. Payment on delivery: fulfilment will begin after confirmation is received from the Customer, given by clicking the link in the email containing the Shop's offer. The Shop reserves the right to disable collection in person in exceptional circumstances, e.g. a pandemic

4.5. Payment by bank transfer: fulfilment will begin once the whole required amount has been credited to the Shop's account.

The time within which a given product will be sent is shown on the Shop's website, in the details of the product being ordered. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted in this time.

Products with different fulfilment times will be sent once the whole order has been assembled, that is, by the end of the longest of the periods given for the ordered products.

Delivery costs are charged according to current price lists and depend on the weight and size of the parcel.

The Buyer is informed of the delivery costs when placing the order. The Shop reserves the right to change the delivery cost if the permitted weight of the parcel is exceeded, after first contacting the customer.

The cost of delivery of the Product is borne by the Buyer.

The Shop will bear all delivery costs if the gross value of the order exceeds PLN 200 gross, in which case the Customer is exempt from paying the delivery costs. The Customer can choose between delivery by DPD courier and collection in person of parcels at the company's premises in Kraków at ul. Chałupnika 14. For orders above PLN 200 gross, the Customer can use free courier delivery.

RETURN OF GOODS

1. In accordance with applicable law, the Customer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the day on which the goods are handed over (the parcel is received). If a party withdraws from a distance contract, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded. What the parties have provided is to be returned in an unchanged state, unless a change was necessary within the bounds of ordinary management. If the returned goods are incomplete, damaged or have had their factory protection removed, the company has the right to bring compensation claims against the Customer.

2. In the case of some items, once opened (seal broken, packaging or film damaged), the Customer cannot return them for hygiene or health protection reasons. In view of the above, for the above products, the Customer, in connection with withdrawal from the contract, is obliged to return the Product to the Shop in an unchanged state (it must not be used, destroyed, opened or tampered with in any way), and the packaging must also be intact.

3. The returned goods must be sent (at the Customer's expense) to the address: Megan spółka cywilna, 31- 464 Kraków, ul. The amount corresponding to the value of the products and the cost of their delivery to the Customer will be refunded within 14 days of the day the product is received from the Customer, subject to the provisions of point V. 1. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as the Customer used, unless the Customer has agreed to a different method of refund.

5. The withdrawal form is available on the website.

COMPLAINTS

1. The Shop will respond to the Customer's claim without delay and no later than within 14 days. The reply concerning the complaint is sent to the address given by the Customer or in another way given by the Customer.

3. If the complaint is accepted as justified, the goods complained of will be replaced with defect-free ones. If replacement is not possible, the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded or, at the Customer's request, the price will be reduced.

4. If a product has a defect, the Customer may make a statement reducing the price or withdrawing from the Sales Agreement, unless the Shop has stated that it will promptly and without undue inconvenience to the Customer replace the defective product with one free of defects or remedy the defect.

5. If the Customer is a consumer, instead of the remedy of the defect proposed by the Shop in accordance with the provisions above, they may demand replacement of the product with one free of defects, or instead of replacement of the product demand that the defect be remedied, unless bringing the product into conformity with the Sales Agreement in the way chosen by the Customer is impossible or would require excessive costs compared with the way proposed by the Shop.

6. If the complaint is rejected, the goods will be sent back to the Customer.

7. If defects are found in a product, the goods, together with a description of the defect, must be sent to the address Megan spółka cywilna, 31- 464 Kraków, ul. Chałupnika 14.
